POOR SERVICE IN THIS HOTEL.

THE VIEW ON THE SEA.

We where very bad welcomed when we arrived at 08:00 PM. Took more than 20 minutes to find our reservation. The room is clean, but very poor equipped, no beside lights, the mini bar was empty, very noisy you can hear what the other customers are doing... No table in the balcony. The breakfast is very poor and basic. No orange juice, you have to pay in extra your coffee. The staff is not at all professional. I really don't know how they can put 4 stars on the wall. Please run away from this hotel.
